1 - The location
Take the measurements of the location to be sure that the size of the cloth you want as well as the minimum space to be kept between it and the attachment points fit properly.

Note: the weight of the wet cloth can vary between 1.2 kg/m2 and 2.0 kg/m2, so your attachment points must be able to support it.
3 - The fasteners
