As a consumer, you have the option to withdraw within 14 days following the delivery of your goods.
To do so, you must return the goods to us, at your own expense, within 14 days following the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
The goods must be returned to us in identical condition to that in which you received them, thus allowing them to be resold. If the goods are damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Once proof of return is received, we will refund you within 14 days.
All the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal are detailed in our GTC, article 12.

ARTICLE 12 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
12.1 – Legal period for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their Products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay any penalties.
After communicating their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal within this 14-day period, the Buyer has another period of 14 days to return the product(s) concerned by the withdrawal.
12.2 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal within the period referred to in 12.1, only the price of the purchased product(s) and the shipping costs will be refunded, with the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Buyer.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized processing.
In the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product, the responsibility of the Buyer may be incurred.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions, the Buyer will find attached in Appendix 2 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, a model withdrawal form to be sent, by postal mail, to the following address: SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C, 5 rue Fenelon 33000 Bordeaux or by email : serviceclient@le-filet-de-camouflage.fr.
The Buyer expresses their wish to withdraw without any ambiguity and mentions the order concerned by this withdrawal.
Once the form or withdrawal declaration has been sent no later than 14 days after receiving their order, the Buyer must return the relevant product(s), within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 days from the sending of the form or withdrawal declaration.
To obtain an estimate of the return costs at their expense, the Buyer can visit the La Poste, Colissimo website "PRACTICAL RATES AT POINTS OF SALE (Post Offices and Colissimo Agencies).
This estimate of return costs does not commit the company SAS ZEPHYR O.C.S. The price to be paid for returning the product may vary depending on the carrier that the Buyer chooses to return the product(s).
If the Client ships an item valued at more than €75, it is recommended to use a delivery service that allows tracking or to purchase shipping insurance.
LE FILET DE CAMOUFLAGE cannot guarantee the proper receipt of the item returned by the Buyer.
12.3 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio, video, or computer software recordings unsealed by the customer, goods made to the customer's specifications or personalized, and goods unsealed by the customer and which cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons. Similarly, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for gift boxes.

12.5 – Refund
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C will refund the amounts paid no later than 14 days from the date on which the company is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw and using the same means of payment as that used for the order (unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a refund according to another means of payment).
This refund date may be postponed until the product is recovered or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of the product, with the date taken being that of the first of these events.
If a refund is not made within 14 days from the date the Company is informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw, LE FILET DE CAMOUFLAGE is liable to reimburse the amounts due increased by the legal rate if the refund delay is less than 11 days, by 5% if the delay is between 10 and 20 days, by 10% if the delay is between 20 and 30 days, by 20% if the delay is between 30 and 60 days, by 50% if the delay is between 60 and 90 days.
SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C is not required to reimburse the Buyer for additional costs if the latter has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on https://le-filet-de-camouflage.fr.
Refunds for purchases made with gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this way.
Benefits obtained during the purchase of a product, notably through a loyalty card, will be cancelled in the event of the return of the product accompanied by a refund of said product.
