Shipping Policy    

The shipping fees will be specified on the Site, all taxes included, during the Order process and must be accepted by the Customer at the time of Order confirmation.


They will appear on a specific and separate line from the one indicating the price of the Products.


It is expressly stated that the amount of shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery territory of the Products, which the Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.


The delivery times are indicated on the Site and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer. Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

We always ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, but the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours via Colissimo and Mondial Relay; for Chronopost express delivery, if the order is placed before 12 a.m., you should be delivered the next day, otherwise on the next business day.


In application of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code, the Parties agree that the Products will be delivered within the timeframes specified during the Product Order process and before the validation of said Order. The delivery times are also reiterated in the Order confirmation email sent to the Customer.


The delivery times include the preparation and shipment of the Order, as well as the time required for the Products to reach the delivery point (Customer's postal address or pickup point).


When delivery is made against signature, this serves as proof of proper receipt of the package. The transfer of risks and responsibility relating to the Products takes place upon receipt of the Products by the Customer. From that date, the Customer will be solely and exclusively responsible for them, as well as for their use and any consequences that may arise from it.         

The seller's liability can in no case be engaged in the event of delay or suspension of delivery attributable to the Buyer or in the event of force majeure.
