Our online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You therefore have the freedom to place an order on our site whenever you wish. The ordering process is divided into several steps:
1- Basket: check the contents of your order. At this stage, you can change the quantities.
2- Customer information: enter your personal details and delivery address.
3- Delivery: choose the delivery method you want from the options offered.
4- Payment: several payment methods are offered to you; it is up to you to choose. You can check the contents of your order on the summary (item(s) and optional service(s), delivery method and charges).
5- Order confirmation: to be sure that your order has been properly recorded, you must reach this step. You can now print your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation by email with your order reference and tracking number.
To stay informed about the progress of your orders, you can visit our tracking platform. An order number (#1234) will then be requested. This number can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you after your order.
If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount code" box during the checkout process, and click on "Apply".
If, when you enter your tracking number, no information is available, it is likely that you need to wait a few more days before the information updates. This information depends on our carrier and can sometimes take several days to appear on our site. If the problem persists, please contact customer service.

Upon receiving your order, it is important to carefully check that your parcel has not been damaged during transport and that the product is in perfect condition (and, if applicable, to note its detailed damages on the carrier's delivery slip). This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. We recommend that you keep the packaging, as it may be useful in case of product return.
First, check the tracking of your parcel via the link to your tracking interface that was sent to you by email after your order. If it is shown as out for delivery, we invite you to wait until the scheduled delivery date. If your parcel is held by the carrier, we invite you to collect it at the address indicated on the delivery notice. We also ask you to verify on your order tracking that the delivery address shown on your order is correct.
Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to see if the product ordered is different from the one you received. If the item received is indeed different from what you ordered, please contact customer service by email.
Your order may be shipped in several parcels. Check your order confirmation email to make sure you do not have several tracking numbers from our carrier. If all parcels have arrived and you still do not have all your products, contact customer service by email.
We do our utmost to ensure the intact and proper delivery of your order. In case of a defective or non-compliant product, you are entitled to the legal guarantees provided by law.

If the product does not fully satisfy you, you have a period of 30 days from its receipt to return it to us, without any need to provide a reason!
