At Le Filet de Camouflage, you have the option to make an exchange or return easily in order to claim a full refund of the purchase price of your order. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days following the delivery of your goods.
To do so, you must return the goods to us, at your own expense, within 14 days following the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
The goods must be returned to us in an identical condition to that in which you received them, allowing them to be resold. If the goods are damaged, we will not be able to proceed with a refund.
Once proof of return is received, we will refund you within 14 days.
