ARTICLE 6 - Payment orders and modalities

However, the sales contract is concluded under the resolving condition that the ordered product is available. Confirmation of the availability of the product by the seller takes the lifting of the resoluting condition.

ARTICLE 7 - Discounts and discounts

Article 9 - Deliveries

ARTICLE 10 - Property transfer and risk transfer
10.1 - Transfer of property
The transfer of ownership of the products, for the benefit of the buyer will only be carried out in full collection of the price by the seller, regardless of the delivery date of said products.
10.2 - Risk transfer
The transfer of risks is independent of the transfer of ownership, regardless of the date of the order or delivery of the products.

Article 11 - Force majeure
The parties cannot be held responsible if non-execution or delay in the execution of any of their obligations, as described in these conditions arises from a case of force majeure, within the meaning of the Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
Article 12 - Right of withdrawal
12.1 - Legal deadline for the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty.
After communication of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal within this period of 14 days, the buyer has another 14 -day period to return the product (s) concerned by the withdrawal.
12.2 Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The camouflage net cannot guarantee the proper reception of the item returned by the buyer.
12.3 - Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for audio, video or computer software records unicked by the Customer, goods made according to the customer or personalized specifications and property unconnsheed by the Customer and not being able to be returned for health or health protection reasons. 12.5 - Refund
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C will reimburse the sums paid at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the company is informed of the buyer's decision to retract and According to the same means of payment as that used for his order (unless the buyer's express agreement for a refund by other means of payment).

SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C is not required to refund the buyer the additional costs if the latter has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered on https://le-filet-de-camouflage.fr.
The reimbursement of purchases made by gift vouchers will be made exclusively in the form of gift vouchers for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
The advantages obtained during the purchase of product, in particular thanks to a loyalty card, will be canceled in the event of restitution of the product accompanied by a refund of the product.
Article 13 - Legal guarantees
13.1 - Legal guarantee of conformity
In accordance with legal prescriptions (appendix 1), SAS ZEPHYR O.S.C responds to compliance defects appearing on its products for two years (2) from the issuance of the property. It also responds to compliance defects resulting from the packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been charged by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

Products returned by post must be in a packaging allowing transport in good conditions. In this case, the costs of returning the product will be reimbursed to the buyer on the basis of the price billed and on presentation of the supporting documents.
13.3 - Exclusion of legal guarantees
Any guarantee is excluded in case of improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance from the buyer, as well as in the event of normal product of the product or in the event of force majeure.
Article 14 - Intellectual ownership
