IN SUMMARY
Standard delivery is completely free on all orders, whether to a pickup point (Mondial Relay) or home delivery (Colissimo). Delivery fees to Europe are calculated according to the destination and shown during the ordering process.
Express delivery (Chronopost) and delivery to Europe are paid services. The corresponding fees including all taxes (TTC) are indicated during the ordering process, on a specific line separate from the product prices.
The times indicated below start from the shipment of the package. Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Times are in business days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Express delivery: for next business day delivery, the order must be confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon). After that, shipping will occur the next business day.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is taken in charge by the carrier.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also track the status of your order at any time from your customer area.
When delivery is made against signature, this serves as proof of proper receipt of the package. The transfer of risks and responsibility related to the products occurs upon receipt by the customer.

The seller's liability cannot be engaged under any circumstances in case of delay or suspension of delivery attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence) or in case of force majeure as defined in article 1218 of the Civil Code.
In case of delivery delay exceeding 7 business days beyond the estimated date, the customer may terminate the contract under the conditions provided in articles L.216-2 and L.216-3 of the Consumer Code.
