1. Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, every consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

1.1 How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

Preferred method – Customer area: log in to your customer area (via the "View your order" link in your confirmation email, or directly on your account), access the relevant order and click on "Request a return". The reason for the return is optional. A one-time login code will be sent to you by email to identify yourself.

Other legal means: you may also send us any written statement clearly expressing your wish to withdraw (or the standard form attached to our T&Cs):

After your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email as well as, if applicable, a return label.

1.2 Return conditions

• The product must be returned within 14 days following the withdrawal notification.
• The product must be returned in its original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, manuals) and suitable for resale.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code).
• You may be held liable for depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

1.3 Return address

Products must be returned to the address indicated in the return instructions you will receive by email. For logistical reasons, returns are handled by a partner warehouse. Please do not send your packages back to the head office unless expressly instructed otherwise.

In case of compliant withdrawal, we refund you the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from your withdrawal notification.

The refund may be delayed until actual receipt of the returned product or until proof of shipment is provided (whichever occurs first).

The refund is made via the same payment method used during the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise by you.

2. Commercial warranty "Satisfied or Refunded – 30 days"

Regardless of your legal right of withdrawal, we offer you an extended commercial warranty. Confident in the quality of our products, you can return them within a period of thirty (30) days from receipt, without justification.

This warranty applies to both consumers and professional customers.

2.1 How to benefit?

The request is made exclusively via your customer area: log in to your account, access the relevant order, then click on "Request a return". After verifying compliance with deadlines, we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions by email.

2.2 Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and clean for resale.
• Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
• Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from this warranty.
• Your liability may be engaged in case of depreciation of the product resulting from excessive handling.

2.3 Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, we proceed with the refund of the product price, via the same payment method used during the order.

3. Legal warranties

3.1 Legal warranty of conformity (art. L.217-1 to L.217-32 Consumer Code)

You benefit from a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the item to act under the conformity warranty. During this period, you do not have to prove the date of defect appearance: it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

You can choose between repair or replacement of the item, within 30 days and at no cost. If impossible, you can obtain a price reduction or full refund upon return of the product.

3.2 Legal warranty for hidden defects (art. 1641 to 1649 Civil Code)

You have two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to take action. You can choose between cancellation of the sale or a price reduction. The burden of proof of the defect lies with you.

3.3 Exclusions

Legal warranties do not cover defects resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, installation not in accordance with provided instructions, or normal wear and tear of the product.
